We are the Northeast Area of the Christian Church in Oklahoma, an association of
42 congregations of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ).
Our Purpose
“To glorify Christ through mission, witness and service.”

It’s coming!
    
Save the date.  June 6, 2009 for
this is when the Northeast Area and
Phillips Theological Seminary will be
offering another day of education
and inspiration for Laity.  

Words of Worship: Theological
Implications of What We Sing and
Say in Worship is the full title of this
event with Joe Bessler and Kay
Northcutt, of Phillips Theological
Seminary as the presenters.  

The event will be held at First
Christian Church, Tulsa, 913 S.
Boulder.  

Registration begins at 8:30 and the
day will end at 2 p.m. including
lunch.  The cost will be $25 per
person but scholarships will be
available for anyone who wishes to
attend but can’t afford the cost.
